As I am a big fan of Melodic and Uplifting EDM, mainly Progressive and Trance music for 25 years now, I have come to a moment in my life where it is time to start a produce my own music. It has been a desire for many years, but there were always reasons why I did not start or did not persevere. Now I am in a time in my life where I do have the time and focus to go after this long cherished dream! And, just as that my Game Company “Sparkling Society” did not become successful by coincidence, I will do whatever I can to achieve my goals in this exciting new field as well.
For 2022, as I opened Ableton Live for the first time in October 2021, I will not set my goals too high, but as follows:
- I want to create at least 3 songs that I really enjoy myself and where I am proud off
- I want to distribute at least one song through a label to gain experience with that
- My focus is more on producing various songs, than try to strive for perfection (mixing/mastering) on just one song
- This means that I will release one or more songs on Spotify this year
